Install Inkora
Connect ESPink over USB. The website flashes only a small setup firmware. It then guides you through home Wi-Fi and securely downloads the current Inkora release.
1. Connect ESPink
2. Flash setup firmware
3. Finish setup on the device
Installation requires HTTPS and a browser with Web Serial.

Repair / reinstall
After reboot, the e-ink screen shows a unique INKORA-XXXXXX network, password and 192.168.4.1.
Privacy & security
Production firmware is not exposed as a public static file. Setup firmware downloads it over HTTPS using a short-lived token.
Inkora has no required subscription. You can voluntarily support the project on Ko-fi.
